I've been looking everywhere for the full text of Romeo Dallaire's quote: "I call for an army ... of artists, teachers and caregivers to flood the country ..." It's mentioned in part on this webpage, but I'm interested in the whole quote. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

It is so nice to see your name in print. I discovered Walrus magazine in 2005 through your article . I have been a subscriber but I somehow missed your Rwanda piece in the print edition.
