In 2004–05, a 5-lb bag of potatoes cost $7.49 in Clyde River, Nunavut, $9.56 in Holman, NWT, and $4.09 in Kuujjuaq, Nunavik. The same bag cost $3.29 in Yellowknife and $2.29 in Montreal.

I Trust this should be "Minus 27.2 C" in item 27 of Arctic Facts, Figures and Archives, quoted below:

"The average forecast high in January is 27.2°C;"
