My not-quite-encounter with Rubin ‘Hurricane’ Carter from 2005 (true story), in Toronto:

Pat and friend enter Second Cup at Queen and Tecumseth, just as someone who looks like Rubin Carter walks out, carrying a coffee.

Pat (to friend): Was that Rubin ‘Hurricane’ Carter?

Friend: I think so.

Pat: Nice.
